Project Management policies of Nissi Infotech private limited:-
- Once a quotation is accepted by our customer, we prepare a website agreement and send to them.
- The website agreement has all that we will do for their project, the price, the time, the number of times we will do the changes, the time of delivery and more
- First we design the home page and template for the customers approval
- Once the template is approved (changes also allowed) we start the other pages
- In case of the coding based dynamic projects, we start the coding once the home page template is approved.
- When we start the coding we upload the work progress in one of our demo website and allow the customer to regularly view the work progress
- The customer can view the live site and suggest changes if any
- We always finish the project on time (unless other wise the customer sends more corrections during the time of developments)
- Once the site is over, we sign up a site maintenance agreement with customer.
- If the sites are very small and only require few changes in a month we sign up for very low cost
- If the sites are big and require more staff to continuously develop and manage the site then we appoint staff separately for our customer exclusively and maintain the website. We have sites for which we have appointed 4 staff to manage the site 24 hrs 365 days. Our customer pays us on monthly basis for development and back office maintenance.
